Reviewing literature functions as one of the most significant components
of the research process. It involves a comprehensive examination and critical
analysis of existing books, scholarly articles, and relevant sources related to
a specific research problem or topic. The literature review serves multiple
purposes, like providing a thorough understanding of prior research in the
field, and identifying gaps and inconsistencies in existing knowledge within
the broader context of the subject. By reviewing the literature, researchers can
uncover new perspectives, trace the evolution of ideas, assess the quality and
relevance of previous studies, and generate research questions or hypotheses.
Other crucial elements of the research process include primary and secondary
sources. Both primary and secondary sources play important roles in the
literature review, with primary sources offering first-hand information and
secondary sources providing analyses, interpretations, and commentaries on
                      primary sources.

In a research endeavour, identifying research gaps is essential, as it enables
researchers to complement existing knowledge, explore unexplored areas,
and solve unanswered questions. This process involves analysing the existing
literature to pinpoint areas that require further investigation. By identifying
research gaps, researchers can determine the significance of their study and
ensure its relevance to the academic and scientific communities.

Identifying research gaps can be accomplished through various methods,
such as systematic reviews, analysing research articles, conducting citation
analysis, and examining discussions and future research sections. By addressing
these gaps, researchers contribute to unique knowledge with implications across
methodology, theory, concepts, and empirical evidence.

Research is a ubiquitous term that encompasses various
aspects of our everyday lives, extending beyond mere
consumer inquiries or scholarly endeavours. Whether it
