be included, and the sample is drawn from this pool.
Careful population selection allows inferences about
broader groups based on sample data. It includes
an extensive collection of individuals, specifying
the sector of focus, such as banking, education, or
                                                   textile.

                                               3. Sample Size and Technique: The sample represents
a subset of the whole population. Its size and selection
method affect results. Bigger, random samples give
findings that are more generalisable. Smaller, biassed
samples limit this. Researchers must balance ideal
representativeness with practical constraints in terms
of cost and time. The goal is to choose a sample
that reflects the population as much as possible. The
researcher selects a sampling technique based on the
nature and requirements of the study, explaining the
chosen approach for the research study.
                          Research
Methodology 4. Data Collection Procedure: The data collection
Sections procedure outlines the systematic process of gathering
information to address the research questions. It
provides transparency on tools used, data sources,
                                                   collection frequency/timing, protocols followed, and
                                                   responsibilities. Specifying the procedure allows
evaluating and replicating the study. Detail on
ethical gathering, storage and use of data also build
trustworthiness. Hence, this section in a synopsis
describes how the information will be collected and
processed, supporting the hypotheses with facts and
                                                   figures.

                                               5. Measures: It involves the measurement of variables
and the scale used for each. For example, the
independent variable is measured using a 7-point
Likert Scale (Likert scale is an attitude testing scale)
based on a 14-item scale developed in a previous
study. The mediators and dependent variables are
also measured using a 7-point Likert Scale based on
specific 20-item scales. Moderator 1 and Moderator 2
are measured using 7-point Likert Scales with 3 and
28-item scales, respectively, from past studies.
