                                            1.3.5 Bibliographic Sources for Research

                                            and Annotation

                                               When conducting research, it is essential to consult various
                                            types of bibliographic  sources to ensure a comprehensive
                                            understanding of the topic. Bibliographic sources for research
                                            are the references or citations that you include in your research
                          Research          work.  These sources can be books, academic  journals,
                        Bibliographic       scholarly articles, websites, reports, or any other publication
                           Sources          that you refer and use to gather information and support your
                                            research claims. Bibliographic sources play a crucial role in
                                            research and annotation by providing valuable information
                                            about the relevant literature and sources consulted during
                                            the research process. These sources serve as a foundation for
                                            building  upon existing  knowledge,  supporting  arguments,
                                            and giving credit to the original authors.

                                               Here are some common types of bibliographic sources:

                                               1.  Books: Books are often  considered  authoritative
                        Authoritative              sources of information. They can provide in-depth
                            source                 coverage  of  a  subject  and  offer  historical  context,
                                                   theoretical frameworks, and detailed analysis. Books
                                                   can be general references or specialised monographs
                                                   written by experts in the field.
