2.1.2.1 Title Page
A concise and informative title which contains the most
important keywords of the research would facilitate the
reader/reviewer to get a gist of information on the research
area. The title should avoid using sensitive words or ideas,
and it should neither be too long nor too short. Various text
case styles, including Title Case, Sentence Case and Upper
Effective title case, are being used for title which changes according to the
in Research writing style including MLA, APA, Chicago Manual etc., and
Synopsis also with the conventions being followed in institutions and
departments. Consistency must be maintained in all respects
while giving the titles in other synopsis sections, including
capitalisation, punctuation, spelling and hyphenation. The
programme, Microsoft Word for example, allows you to
effortlessly generate a list and view all your headings in a
structured format. By focusing solely on the headings without
any distractions, you can easily identify any irregularities.
In a synopsis, the title page can be counted but remains
unnumbered.
